Every month we choose a charity to donate 15% of all books sold on that day. Here’s our latest and some of the fantastic organisations that we’ve donated to.
CHARITY DAY MARCH 2025
Thursday March 13 will be our Monthly Charity Day where we donate 15% of the value of each book sold in the shop and online to a charity or organisation that we love to support. This Charity Day, we will be donating to .
Medecins sans Frontieres' Emergency: Israel-Gaza Appeal who remain committed to working around the clock to provide care to people in Gaza. MSF teams have been providing surgical support, wound care, physiotherapy, maternity and paediatric care, primary healthcare, vaccinations, and mental health services. Humanitarian needs have mounted to catastrophic levels; meeting even a fraction of these needs will only be possible through a rapid and massive scale-up of global humanitarian aid.
Last Charity Day in February with your support we were able to donate to the Purple House who provide dialysis in the most remote parts of Australia—an innovative Indigenous-owned and run health service operating from its base in Alice Springs in the Northern Territory. Now operating 18 remote clinics and a mobile dialysis unit called the Purple Truck, Purple House is getting patients back home so that families and culture can remain strong.
